Wood and other biobased materials store large amounts of CO2. Several dozen biobased materials can already be used properly, and that number is growing by the week. Furthermore, building with what is locally available, especially with used and reusable materials, makes a positive contribution. This way of designing – more consciously – is going to become commonplace. You want to design a good building with minimal environmental impact and also create residual value for the future. 

The database with biobased materials helps us design with these materials. It contains technical information which we need when we want to design with and use these materials in a responsible way. 

De database is not suitable yet for external sharing.
