DataBuilt

Do you have sufficient insight into the performance of your building? And have you drawn up KPIs that your building must meet? Thanks to DataBuilt it is now possible to monitor the quality of your building and to intervene when necessary.

DataBuilt is a tool with which data analyses are displayed and made. This makes it possible to make performance analyses based on data from buildings and installations and thus to monitor the quality of the building.

Collecting data

Collecting data from buildings and installations makes it possible to do performance analyses on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and thus monitor and safeguard the quality of your building. Via connectors, data can be automatically retrieved from the building management systems and smart meters. This information for building management can be enriched with other data sources, such as wireless Plug & Play sensors.

Measuring

A lot of information can therefore be stored and combined in DataBuilt. An example of this is the way in which we collect data about the indoor climate via for example the Sensi LoRa platform, which enables data collection with sensors. The benefits of using these plug & play sensors:

  • The sensor does not need to be installed. Simply put it down. It works anywhere, anytime
  • The plug & play sensors provide a good picture of climate parameters such as temperature, humidity and CO2 concentrations. But air and surface temperatures, energy measurements or volume flows are also possible.
  • These sensors can be linked with data from the BMS via DataBuilt. Naturally, the sensors can also be used for buildings where no BMS data is available.

Building check

With DataBuilt we enable a fast data-driven check of your building. We run the check to see if the installations work as designed. The KPIs form a basis for the advice. For example, about developing and taking measures (control technology, installations, user behavior, etc.) for optimizing building performance.
